Benmore Florists has been in the Sandton central business district for over 40 years. Colin Glover, a qualified accountant and past President of Interflora African Areas, is the owner. We have qualified, experienced and competent staff, most of whom have many years of service with us. With the advance of online purchasing and the slowing of feet into retail premises we now rely mainly on a phone, faxes, email, and internet website orders. Within the range of functions that we cater for there are Christenings, Bar Mitzvah and Bat Mitzvah, Birthday celebrations, Engagements, Weddings and “End of life” flowers (coffin sprays, wreaths, and sympathy flowers). For a special budget price, we will provide flowers weekly to Sandton homes. The florists at Benmore create many beautiful designer arrangements in glass, baskets, earthenware, china or customers own containers. We have foil balloons and we inflate helium balloons. We also sell orchid plants, other indoor plants and indoor plant arrangements on order . As of the past, we specialise in the servicing of the Sandton CBD, where we have witnessed its exceptional growth over the past 30 years. Our personal deliveries cover the northern areas of greater Johannesburg. We have a range of soft toys, teddies for baby arrangements. We offer a range of gift hampers which can be viewed on our website. Hamper orders need to be ordered well in advance of delivery time in order to source the relevant contents.
